Villain donk jams for $650.
I tank call.
Villain mucks and said he had some air like 55. Maybe he had 455 and was open-ended.
Thoughts:
Not the most interesting hand, but interesting to me as I am not the strongest PLO player. Donk jams are usually extremely nutted in live PLO. However, this time, I block the nuts! If Villain checks, I can still jam river as a bluff.
I don’t love this line from the villain. I can really only have 2 hands by the river: nut clubs, or top set. He’s either stacking off into the nuts, or hoping I make a semi-tight fold. With the nut blocker, I couldn’t imagine that he’d donk jam with something like the Queen or Jack-high flush. So I put him on air. Good call I guess but I hate PLO!
